It is midnight and you stumble to the bathroom, half asleep, barely finding the door. You finish up and flush the toilet. Half-way back to bed you realize that the toilet hasn’t stopped flushing. You are more awake now; as you switch on the light, to your horror the toilet bowl doesn’t drain; the toilet is overflowing and its still filling up with water! You have no idea how the toilet works and you don’t know where the water main shut off valve is. All you can see is your perfectly tiled floor turning into a swimming-pool. You need help. Urgently! Quickly! What do you do?
